DopaDopa 利用規約

本規約は、day1, Inc.（以下「当方」）が提供するiOSアプリ「DopaDopa」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（サービス内容）
本アプリは、ルーム番号を共有した2人のプレイヤーがリアルタイムで対戦できるミニゲーム集です。対戦中はチャット・リアクション・ニックネーム・アバターを相手に送信できます。
第2条（禁止事項）
利用者は、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 他の利用者への誹謗中傷、脅迫、差別的発言、わいせつな表現の送信
- 他人になりすます行為、個人情報（自己または他人）をニックネームやチャットに含める行為
- 不正なデータの送信、リバースエンジニアリング、チート行為
- サーバに過度な負荷をかける行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第3条（チャット等の取り扱い）
- チャット・リアクションは対戦相手への中継のみを行い、当方のサーバに保存されません
- 当方は通報があった場合を除き、通信の内容を閲覧しません
第4条（不適切な表現の自動処理への同意）
利用者は、健全な利用環境の維持のため、チャットおよびニックネームに含まれる不適切な語句がシステムにより機械的に検出され、伏せ字に置換されることにあらかじめ同意します。この処理は自動的に行われ、当方が通信内容を個別に閲覧するものではありません。
第5条（通報）
対戦相手の行為が第2条に違反すると考える場合、アプリ内の「通報して退室」から当方に通報できます。当方は通報内容を確認し、必要な措置を講じます。
第6条（有料機能）
- 本アプリには、有料機能「Plus」として、買い切りプランおよび月額の自動更新サブスクリプション（Plus 月プラン）があります。いずれの購入・決済もAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われます
- Plus 月プランの契約期間は1ヶ月です。現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに解約しない限り自動的に更新され、更新料金がApple IDアカウントに請求されます。解約は購入後いつでも、App Storeのアカウント設定から行えます
- 有料機能の価格は、アプリ内およびApp Storeに表示されるものとします
- 当方は、利用者が無償で有料機能を利用できる期間（ギフト期間）を裁量により提供することがあります。ギフト期間中に料金は発生せず、その内容は予告なく変更・終了することがあります
- 一方のプレイヤーが有料機能を有する場合、同じルームで対戦する相手にもルームの存続中に限り有料機能が適用されます
- 返金はAppleのポリシーに従います
第7条（免責）
- 当方は、本アプリの通信品質・可用性について保証しません
- 天災、通信障害、メンテナンス等により本アプリの提供を中断することがあります
- 本アプリの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません
第8条（規約の変更）
当方は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は本アプリまたはWebページで告知します。
第9条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争はday1, Inc.の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern use of the iOS app "DopaDopa" provided by day1, Inc. ("we"). By using the App you agree to these terms. The Japanese version above prevails if there is any conflict.
1. Service
The App lets two players who share a room code play mini games in real time, and exchange chat, reactions, nicknames, and avatars.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, discriminatory or obscene messages to other users
- Impersonation, or including personal information (yours or others') in nicknames or chat
- Sending malicious data, reverse engineering, or cheating
- Placing excessive load on our servers
- Any act violating laws or public order
3. Chat
Chat and reactions are relayed to your opponent only and are not stored. We do not read your communications except when investigating a report.
4. Automatic masking
You agree that inappropriate words in chat and nicknames are automatically detected and masked by our system. This is fully automated; we do not individually review your communications.
5. Reporting
Use "Report & Leave" in the in-game menu to report the other player. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
6. Purchases
The App offers paid features called "Plus", available as a one-time purchase or as the auto-renewable Plus Monthly subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Plus Monthly has a 1-month subscription period; it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee is charged to your Apple ID account. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are as shown in the App and on the App Store. We may, at our discretion, offer free gift periods during which paid features are unlocked at no charge; gift periods may change or end without notice. While either player in a room has paid features, they are unlocked for both players in that room for as long as the room exists. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided without warranty of availability or connection quality, and service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for damages except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes / 9. Governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive first-instance jurisdiction in the court having jurisdiction over day1, Inc.'s place of business.
